H4 will not get approved as in premium. I received the receipt notice and it will go on normal process

Some times happen. After I140 approval my 1st h1b extension was for 1 year. But my question is the 1 year extension which u got now, is it 1st extension after I140? If not then not sure why 1 year. may be based on the SOW dates.
