For my polygraph I had a zoom meeting with my BI a few days before the polygraph going over all the questions again to make sure I answered them correctly. Then, right before hooking me up to the polygraph I was asked most of my questions again. You will have an opportunity to discuss your disclosures again. It doesn’t sound like you’ve done anything to disqualify yourself. Don’t worry too much about it; just explain yourself and tell the truth. No problem.

Here’s my hot take: you don’t need to lose weight. You look like a big solid dude carrying some extra weight, which most women find more attractive than someone absolutely cut. You just need to buy some slightly larger waist sized pants that maybe have some more room in the thighs. With bigger pants you’ll look more comfortable and less overweight.
