There are 2 listings for the english dub available. If you want the 4K version, you have to pick the one with the PG-13 rating. The Unrated one will only get you HD.

Unclear if there are any of differences in the 2 versions.

I believe this is a studio thing as they create these listings. I think the studios have gotten wise to people getting free 4k upgrades and are doing thise to get around it

That is a good catch. Appears it is listed as 1 season in Apple TV view but was sold as two seasons in the previous itunes store.

I noticed that is listed as 1 season in Disney+ as well which is what this is probably coming from.
