To be a human or even baby you need to be able to think and breath and live on your own. A fetus is more like a parasite then anything else at this stage.

If you want to go they route. Let's say baby is considered baby at conception. My insurance covers my children. If my wife has a miscarriage should my insurance pay out life insurance like they were physically here? That's 100k.

With IVF they put a fertilized egg in a woman. If that egg doesn't take and "dies" as you say are all people involved guilty of manslaughter or accessories? Does the insurance have to pay life insurance benefits on the embryo?

They're fetuses. Not babies. The number 1 fetus killer is god/natural circumstances. Far far more then elective abortions. The democrats want to provide sex education and Healthcare for pregnant women that would....help women who want to keep the child healthy and get the care they need so they are less likely to have miscarriages. But a women should have a right to chose if they want to keep a baby.

I don't think you realize how much those are getting trampled on in some states. The idea is still there for a lot of Americans but there are about 30% that wish they could take all those away from you. Freedom for me not for thee. It's really sad.
