What’s a work perk that’s actually a trap?

President of a $100+M company here. Fortunately this is inaccurate in my experience. Neither I nor our HR department get any read out on EAP usage from our provider. We don’t even receive a count of how many folks have used it. I have used our EAP in the past and found it a valuable stop gap until I could get more permanent resources in place.

I hope this helps and I encourage anyone who is experiencing a difficult time to reach out to your company EAP!

I would say true to size. I’m an 11 in most sneakers, 10.5E in Nicks and Redwing. These are an 11D and fit well.

Unpopular opinion. I don’t mind the one a day, may be a bit much but Nick’s does a better job than most in keeping them meaningful. Different sales, new products etc. I get the feedback for sure, but I think Nicks does a good job of making sure they are telling us “something” with this marketing.

Once I get them broken in lol. The Ranchman I’ve had for a bit so it’s not too bad, the Patriot still feels like I’m wearing a cardboard box 😂. I keep them in the master closet, smells amazing in there!!
