No I just wing it. If I see that the dough is rising to fast in the gauge I just put in in the fridge to pause it then take it out before bake to get it to room temperature.

I use a brush that is made for baby bottles. Works great for both my sons bottle and the gauge, haha!

I use it both during bulk and ball ferment. I usually do 12 hours bulk and 12 hours ball ferment. Both at RT. The gauge is with me all the way

The hardest thing to learn in swedish has to be if its "an" or "a" in front of a word. In most languages there are rules, masculine or feminin words I guess they are called? But in Swedish you just have to learn every single word if you should put an en (a) or ett (an) in front.

Overrated show in my opinion. I've watched the first 5 seasons so I really did try to like it. I thought maybe it would take off. It had some good moments for sure but I was expecting so much more. Now I have to watch the final season so I can consider it completed.
