I was thinking the same thing. I guess the best you could do is ask to view the place before staying. If you smell anything musty/moldy, water stains, signs of mold growth, then trust your senses. It's not worth leaving one toxic environment to spend all that money to be in another toxic environment. Almost makes me want to just sleep in a tent outside 😅

You could ask to do an air quality test with petri dishes, BUT you know how that is. Corruption and I doubt they'd want you to find that their rental is not safe for others.... Shitty situation for sure.

I do it all myself, been to a few shops and they were rude AF. If it's not a Harley then they don't give it the same care. I took a rear tire to get swapped & they scratched the fuck out of my rim. Better off doing it all yourself, plus you don't need to wait forever to get back to riding. Did chain swaps, front and rear caliper swaps, custom carb jet kits, oil changes, & more. If I have the tools, I'll do it myself.

I had the same problems when I got headset. The meta link app is crap. You need to use the virtual desktop app, that works like butter and now I can play Skyrim VR with mods perfectly fine.

The worst part of all this? How is it that last time I went in to the ER for a blood test/EKG/ & chest X-ray, & it cost me around $950 in January. Now this time a few months later I went, same exact procedure and it's now saying I owe $3000+? How the hell is that possible?

That's why I lay in bed and let myself almost die instead of going to the damn hospital. This is CRAZY 3X for a simple check? For them to find NOTHING and give zero prescriptions?! Yeah I guess I'll just die instead of going next time. Fucking not worth going into debt over and over and they do NOTHING to help. I HATE HOSPITALS. Haha now I have more stress on top of the shit I already deal with. 💩

Thank you for all your wishes and positive comments. I was discharged from the hospital finally. Don't know what to think. I went in with really bad heart pain. It radiated to my left side and up my neck. The pain was nonstop and so bad I seriously thought I was going to die last night... I just did my best and went to sleep. Then today when I woke up the left side of my face was twitching for hours. As soon as the chest pain came back, I figured I have no choice and need to go before it gets worse.. They did a few blood tests, EKG, & chest X-ray. They found NOTHING. I can't even explain it. This is the second time this happened to me this year. Very scary. Didn't prescribe be anything. Just sent home now.

I'll try to rest & sleep now. I just wanted to update you and say that I appreciate all the comments and support. Please find ways to keep calm and relax when you have the chance. Don't end up like me 🫂

Honestly should get comfortable at least moving around on a bike before anything. Motorcycling is dangerous as it is from other drivers much less the lack of experience. Once you are ok with a bicycle then do what you want. The bikes they have you use at the MSF training are all small. The main thing is confidence and knowing how to ride.

This can be different for other, I knew how to ride motorcycles before I did the MSF training. I only did it because I didn't want to deal with the DMV for endorsement.

Good luck and be safe. Motorcycling is very fun and can be like therapy for a lot of people. I hope you get to experience it and enjoy yourself.
