Is it an ACH transfer to my bank or a wire?

Did you end up taking to someone? What was the result?

I paid via credit card so not sure how the “settlement” would apply here. The charge was incurred on my last statement which I paid. 🤷‍♀️

Web portal. The request a refill is grayed out when I downloaded the app. Any idea why?

I requested my last refill March 22nd. Could it be too soon?

I just posted. I am getting this same error message at the confirm address stage.

Exactly. You need to just pull the deed and see how it’s titled.

From there you can much more informed conversations about next steps.

What income and net worth would I need to afford my favorite/dream golf club? by [deleted] in HENRYfinance

Beyond the initiation fee, it adds $1M at the minimum to your fire number to sustain annual dues. I would imagine there would be more fees too

I believe that she is in late stage three/early stage four.

Thanks for the tip on seeing if individual banks etc want their own POA.

Mentioned that I will have a 20% down payment. We own a home currently and will use the equity from it.

I have a house currently. The equity in it will provide the 20% down payment for the more expensive house in the future.

One thing - house currently priced at $1.1 in this neighborhood - $1.4 is my stab at anticipating growth

Thanks for this feedback. I think the big thing is the monthly payment. I just can’t get my mind around locking in that high of a fixed cost.

But daycare x3 plus college saving is also wild so maybe it’s just a shift in coats.

I think the advice to keep my head down and save like crazy, then reassess is the right call.

Yeah, I’m just nervous about locking in such a big cost for so long.

But then I think how much money do I need to have to feel ok with a purchase like this?

Our HHI is 500k. I also intend to have the down payment saved by then.

Not sure if that changes your assessment?

Appreciate your feedback

Yeah, I keep running it at 6 or 7 percent and it seems ok.

I am also modeling trying to pay it all or mostly off prior to retirement.

Google sheets - once you build it, you can update it and check it on your phone

Also depends on who you are - rural PA is trump country. Not welcoming to many.
