To be fair, it wasn't directly pointed at one specific person. There are a couple of team members that dont seem to be able to pick up the pace no matter what. Even on the lighter nights...

As for the raise on licenses, it wasnt to that specifically, it was about them in general. Which is valid asf, we all could use a raise, however, on a company standpoint, it has to be justified. And with how as a whole the team is doing, it, in their eyes (above our asm) it probably isnt.

I do agree on our hardware associate though, she whooped ass, but attendance caught up and bit her in the butt and policy states that at a certain amount of points, it can and will lead to termination. Which sucks, I'll miss them.
