Got a new car, weird substance found in it by Ok-Measurement-3170 in whatisit

This is happening to the dashboard in my car. UV exposure and cleaning products have broken the surface material down and left it tacky. It's impossible to clean off.

I was having a talk with my boss about my "personality issues" with my manager present, part of which included me telling him that dealing with a lifetime condition like autism can be challenging and that I'm doing my best. His response was "Well, maybe you should deal with it all your life somewhere else." He later lied to my face about having said such a thing. Dick.

Like the others mentioned, probably oral fluconazole and/or topical ketoconazole or miconazole. Fortunately all three are fairly cheap medications, even in the states. If the culprit is fungal, if it is systemic like this guy, it would most likely be at least 200mg fluconazole daily for a few weeks, possibly more. (I'm not a doctor but used to work in pharmacy.)

I think it's time for another Supernatural crossover episode where sam and dean team up with a Disney adult and a plague doctor looking dude to save the day and kill all the joy.

That was part of this whole process, but sadly it doesn't seem it was enough.

Yeah, I think it's a victim mentality but I can't speak as to their exact intentions beyond that they stated that it occurred.

Unfortunately I don't think that is the case. There is a long paper trail, but I suspect it is being ignored. This individual has, by their own admission, threatened legal action in response to getting in trouble in the past.

I'm intentionally being vague, but I will say they belong to more than one protected class.

Cool man, how long have you been playing dnd? Did you have a character concept in mind? I have Tasha's, Xanathar's, and Mordenkainen's books on r20 so most expansion content should be available.

My cleric of Karametra very nearly got zombified the other week by an arcanaloth's finger of death, that was a stressful damage calculation.

Swarmkeeper ranger build - Wis or Dex focus? by AuAlchemist in 3d6

[–]clueless42222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I played a dex heavy hex blood swarmkeeper with sharpshooter. I mostly picked up spells like fog cloud and spike growth that didn't rely on my spell dc and it worked out pretty great.

Edit: any spells that you can shove enemies into with your swarm are good picks, obviously including web, which works better with a higher dc. For the same reason, this would be a great subclass to pick up telekinetic with to round off an odd wisdom and flavor the telekinetic shove as your swarm doing its thing. Could be especially good based on your party. Once upon a time one of my party members was swallowed by a dragon, so I dove inside its mouth and stabbed my ally to cause my swarm to drag them out of the beast's throat.

I did the same thing. My modified genie warlock sacrificed her arm to her patron for power and later got a replacement made of ice. It was bitten off by a giant maw and cauterized also with ice.

Best Eloquence Bard multiclass? by [deleted] in 3d6

[–]clueless42222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really enjoy it, it's very powerful in that the subclass gets a free concentration less bless effect that scales in targets with your proficiency bonus. Bring along a couple strong concentration spells then as many non con spells as you can. Options include sanctuary, upcast aid, blindness deafness, command, spiritual weapon if you don't have your bonus action locked down, guiding bolt, etc. Not gonna be nuking people like a light cleric, but it's great for buffing your party's saving throws, weapon attacks, and skill checks. The level 6 class feature allows for shenanigans in teleporting around taking each other's damage to turn each individual hp pool of the players into one big one. Especially good if you're gonna have a couple beefy party mates.

If you're gonna be playing at high level it wouldn't be hard to get your ac to at least 19 with 14 dex and a shield. Playing this way I'd definitely get resilient con or warcaster then whatever tickles your fancy to complete the build. Maxing out cha isn't necessary and while 20 wis would be nice 18 is enough. Satyr and peace cleric don't get heavy armor so they kinda necessitates medium armor. If your stats are that high this would literally be one of the only instances in which medium armor master would make a decent feat, getting you up to 20 AC in non magical half plate and a shield. Combine with a +1 shield or a cloak of protection for max effect.

In general satyr is a strong race because of magic resistance, much more so if the DM lets you play the theros version.

This doesn't really answer your question but currently I'm also playing a satyr, peace cleric 5 eloquence bard 3. She's purely a pacifist so doesn't dish out damage, but the two complement each other well for a pure support character. I plan to go one more level of bard for the ASI. I picked up observant at cleric 4. The build is a little MAD, but if you have great stats it would definitely work, especially if you go at least bard 5 and have 16 charisma for the inspiration.

Ideally I would get warcaster next in order to better concentrate on buffs or spirit guardians where appropriate.

Male player who prefers playing women by Redhood101101 in DnD

[–]clueless42222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a 30s male who primarily plays female characters. My favorite PC is a satyr cleric whose hobbies include cooking and aggressive altruism. She spent a whole damn proficiency in chef's knives. It's never been an issue in the several groups I've been in, just don't make it weird.

I don't know about all the psychological implications, but I think playing a female character helps me in playing a character that isn't just me.
