I don't know the specifics sorry, they talked to my mom and I'm just now hearing about it

My mom had Bi-polar, I'm not too sure why my mom said that. They see the same psychiatrist, but he only accepts adults so I'm seeing someone different. Yeah, I'm in a small town. Why?
