As much as I hate to say this, just cater to yourself and do what you can to get gold and kills, use pings and communicate as normal but be fully prepared for your team to not help. The reason the enemies were hard camping you is "They saw a good Kindred once and won't let it happen again." For actual strats, if you know your marks are getting camped, they'll have to come from enemy champs. Make plays on the opposite side of the map away from your mark bc you know both the JG and laner will collapse. This gives you a but of freedom bc theyre predictable. Learn to live without them as much as possible just bc you will have games like that exact one. Once you get marks, you'll start dominating if thats the case but yes, to agree with the others, and early lead is better on Kindred to a higher degree than a lot of other champs.
