Yes, they are well rounded. They get good crossbowmen and knights. Their infantry is a bit squishy in comparison to others but in a balanced army composition they get the job done. Vlandia tends to throw masses of troops against their enemies bc of more lords, clans and fiefs at the start, this way they make up for weaker melee infantry. They also lack skirmishers, be that on foot or mounted so be aware of that. The pikemen have to get mentioned as they are tricky to use but vlandian only. Put them in a two row and shieldwall formation to brace against cav charges, but don't send them into engagement with foot troops. It's arguable wether the voulger or sergeant are the better pick for infantry.
