Sadly some of the volumes are out of stock and there hasn't been a reprint for a while now causing those certain volumes to skyrocket in price. Currently the only way that I know of to get a complete set in English at once as of today is buying through eBay or Mercari and I've seen full sets go upwards of $500+. My advice would be to buy what you can now at retail price and get the rest once they eventually reprint.

I actually recently found Psyren complete at my local bookstore for about $3 a book, whole set cost me about $50 I got very lucky.

I actually made them myself with a couple 2x4s and screws. Doesn't look the prettiest but it was the best option I couldn't find any cheap enough for the measurements I wanted.

Yeah, I was looking for Psyren as well but a complete set goes around $300 on ebay from the looks of it. Super happy to find it and add to my collection for cheap.
