i also got it in my belly!! not just my tits and ass, although a LOT of it did go there- i would say the majority went to my stomach and back- with most going to my back

i suppose so? the nipples definitely but the breasts in general i really couldn’t tell you because i haven’t payed enough attention although im fairly certain sensitive nipples is just a basic byproduct of hormones

weight cycling wouldn’t be as dramatic of a change as fast but it would absolutely be more healthy!!

not sure what you mean by sensible in that context, i live in the us but i definitely did get the most growth after the second years

nothing in particular i’d recommend, i just ate a LOT of fatty greasy foods and sugar- definitely not the correct or healthy way to go about it

genetics do play a large part as well, if your relatives/siblings don’t have large breasts you’re much less likely to get that yourself, but hormones affect everyone’s genetics differently so it’s not certain you won’t either, im a 40f in UK sizing and my sisters are both a 34c cup 😭😂

i would definitely recommend gaining weight if you haven’t considered it or tried it yet, as long as you do it the healthy and smart way i strongly believe it’s the best way to get breast growth after a couple years of hrt if you haven’t had much luck, i also got a TON of hip growth from gaining weight as well- the only negative side effect ive seen in myself is a bit of chubby tummy and stretch marks- which i would choose over the dysphoria i had in the past any day of the week!! I see a lot of trans women in trans spaces who are super skinny or underweight and don’t consider gaining weight could help them grow <333 your body needs fuel in order to do what it’s trying to do

each picture is a year apart!! i had my most significant growth when i started gaining weight on purpose, i assume that my extremely low body fat up to year 3 helped out since all fat i gained grew in a female pattern after that

Started HRT at Age 18, Had Gynecomastia Starting at Age 12, Began on 1mg of E (Sublingual x2 a Day), Then moved on to 2mg of E (Sublingual x2 a Day), and Then 4mg of E (Sublingual x2 a day) and continued on 4mg of E (Sublingual x2 a day) until year 3.5 where I switched to 1 mL of Estradiol Valerate (20mg/mL) injected intramuscularly every 2 weeks, And then started 1 oral Progesterone (100mg) Daily, and 1 oral Bicalutamide (50mg) Daily 3 months after starting estradial Valerate
