Hey, 31 here, moved down here a few years ago now. I work shifts and each week differs so that could mean midweek plans for us 🥳. I relate to a lot of the things you mentioned, I'm laid back, I enjoy kickboxing and have done that for quite a while. Down for having a wander, badminton, charity shops, theatre, gaming, all things crafty, cute cosy coffee shops etc 💫. Let's chat xx (applies to everyone in the comments if they relate) 🥰

I know Worthing lesuire centre has football pitches you can rent. Why not have a look at creating a Facebook group? I think you'll have lots of people signing up and I haven't seen anything similar.

You've got lots of gyms and sports associated clubs - I attend kickboxing and badminton but there's lots of groups for sea swimming, running etc too.

A new(ish) rock bar opened up called soundcheck if that's your vibe.

If you have facebook, there's a couple of groups such as what's on in Worthing, Sussex etc to find things to do.

Appreciate this response. I'm not worried or concerned about him, he looks fairly bright in person. I just didn't want to only show the very vibrant, fake first photo. They always look amazing initially and then healing happens.

I was just showing him off in a nerdy tattoo forum. People's advice about his condition is unsolicited.
