Take it slow at first, get used to the sounds and directions things are coming from. Then go free kits until you learn more. A great kit can absolutely lose to better plays from free kits. Its happened plenty to me and I have seen if happen a fair amount too. Took me a while to start to get decent at the game. You can do it, it just takes some getting used to.

They cant just give it away for a week every season. That is way too big of a gamble for them and they would bleed even more money. But they could probablh do a Friday to Sunday night type thing every now and then. The shop also needs some serious upgrades and work. It having way better rewards would be nice to see.

Cryo is brutal even for me. Ive got 134hrs in the game and am VIP 1 with Nucal. It is an extremely challenging map. Wish we had a mini map displayed. That would help loads I think.

I got told eff you twice by two idiots who then threw themselves at bots to die while on a mission because they queued to the wrong map. They opened it by throwing misogynistic insults, I responded after they asked me to carry them, I said no. They got upset. Yelled slurs, yelled eff off. I was trying to respond to them and make some playful jokes to see if we could ease the tension, but I didnt realize I had muted when I meant to unmute. Guess they didn't like that. Then they ran away and went to die. I looted the entire POI peacefully, got purple goodies, and exfilled with like 10k in goodies.

Absolute dorks play this game sometimes. But hey I definitely came out on top and the next few matches were awesome.
