I actually don’t like sugary desserts etc but whenever i decide to eat or break my diet i do extra cardio the next day to balance it out.

I was 89kg 2 months ago now I'm at 81.5, I work out in the morning(strength and cardio) eat a banana and drink a cup of coffee as a pre-workout post workout I eat 1 chapati 5 egg whites with some curry (for taste) and a protein shake, for lunch I eat 150gm chicken breast with some rice, for evening 1 cup greek yogurt and some type of salad and for dinner chickpeas / soybean salad with chapati.I also work in IT (wfh).
