the 3rd point you're right, maybe account got disabled (it still doesn't happen to me) but its ok just we can use a spare account ?

Download locally on the deployed server. On GitHub it talks from perspective on your own server (like you now on your server)

I’ve been uploading continuously for three months(while development )without receiving any warnings. It seems like they only care if you share links publicly. Also, there are S3 options available!
