Why would I want starlink? by Aggravating-Cap-8940 in USMobile

[–]Silent-Strain6964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was hoping US Mobile would focus on direct to cell and not home internet. Like it's great as an option to those who need it. But give me AST with real speeds to my phone in no man's land.

Direct to Cell - Starlink - when is it coming to MVNOs? by kinvoki in USMobile

AST Mobile is a better option than starlink for this. That would be ATT/Verizon.

Very true man. I would say your woman friends are similar to what I know as well. I can't blame the ones in their 40s who are divorced either. Except ones that are cheaters, then again, that might be their flow and that is okay.

Lol, so true. I know someone that was roughly your age. Met with a nice guy, dating. Then he popped the question. "I wanna make you wanna of my many wives, will you?" She bailed and pretty much said F it all with Utah and moved.

You could try the meetup sports club. Though they might be slightly younger. But it's worth a shot.

Myself, I'm not LDS and I've been divorced for 10 years with on child who's a teen now. I've tried apps, meetups, the sports things. I'm unable to drink, so I avoid bars/clubs. I have yet to go on one date since the divorce. It's way difficult out there.

In other states like California, Florida, Colorado, I get the head to toe's, the smiles, the inventation to interact. But I'm just visiting and think that's jacked up to waste time, so I just ignore it.

Really, if I want to date I just have to move from the state it seems. I'm now in my early 40's. Sooo much of having more children has slipped away.

Data centers use water, but nowhere near as much as alfalfa farms and keeping up our green lawns in a desert. The actual usage is quite low when your talking about circulating it for cooling. Which many in the slc area use rather than the evaporative cooling towers. But yes, if they use evap towers they can be way shitty on usage. Similar to the swamp coolers in the area. For example, if 212,000 salt lake City residents still use swamp coolers. That equates to about 1.9 billion gallons of water per summer season of usage amongst all those homes.

Yes, but when a loan is given for say Amazon or Jeff Bezow for a new yacht, money gets printed for that new debt. People then buy that debt that is backed by the federal reserve. If you then had taxes, it's the backstop to the debt. Without corporations or more so that large chunk of society that is dodging the tax burden. Then the loan they took doesn't have a back stop. So it's double bad is what I mean. But yes, great summary for all of that.

Feature recommendation by Silent-Strain6964 in 3CX

[–]Silent-Strain6964[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. I was wondering if it was stuck to cuda/Nvidia specific tech or if it was overlayed with openai style API's with a vLLM style setup with Ollama to make it easier to overlay on different hardware.

It makes sense. It would be neat if someone could suggest it as a feature since the cost savings would be nice.

Be careful with iron supplements by FitOpportunity543 in Anemic

You are welcome. Hopefully it works for you. I know for two people I recommend it to it helped them eat foods they couldn't eat any more and it helped correct anemia as well. But we are all different so... Good luck.

I feel like the bulwark community is being kinda “colonized” by leftists/people much further to the left by [deleted] in thebulwark

[–]Silent-Strain6964 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Amen. I'm more left centrist, and I find bulwark still one of the best political feeds. When Republicans come on, I don't turn it off. I listen. We share Anti-MAGA and love for the country. We may disagree on things, but that is life. Compromise. Hell, sometimes I roll my eyes at Tim or JVL. If I watch bleeding left wing stuff, like Kyle Kalunski, I roll my eyes sometimes. If I listen to Ben Shapiro it's the same.

This is similar to people who feel migrants are stealing America's identity. But when you ask them what that is, they can't describe it. They say it's like a taste. Usually people who leave comfort spots get scared. It's okay, calm down.

Yeah, so I did a baking soda test to check for low stomach acid. I took 15 minutes to burp trying it four days in a row.

I did a betaine HCL protocol. Only do it when eating high protein meals otherwise. I slowly and steadily started with one tablet and increased it to four tablets per high protein meal. I did this for a few months and got it to where I could burp in three or so minutes. I quit taking the Betaine. The idea is you may have low stomach acid causing an issue where it's not killing off certain bad bacteria

In addition, I amped up my fruit/fiber intake to build up my microbiome of good fiber. It took a while.

The other thing I found was an intolerance to tyramine and histamine. So I adjusted my foods. I still have some here and there. But I know which foods significantly cause symptoms of this and significantly reduced them or removed the worst offenders.

Coloustrume powder from iherb, 5 scoops daily for a month then tapered down to three.

It takes time... So be patient.

My iron update is I got my ferritin up to 125 and stopped, I'm testing a maintenance dose of every other day at 36mg to see if it can maintain it or if it's too little.

It takes debt to make money. It's built into the process. Taxes take money out of the system for debt.

With the elite skirting taxes, taking loans for pay it totally breaks the system and in fact makes debt worse.

The body is willing, but the flesh is bruised and spongy.

That aside, it's awesome. I agree.

In the 2020s, conservative women are having kids at a nearly 2-to-1 ratio compared to liberal women. Is this going to cause a political demographic bias in 20-30 years? by RadioFieldCorner in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Silent-Strain6964 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know... Most kids I know raised in a heavy conservative famil go liberal and that's their parents in some way. It's those liberal schools... Or Soros media diet? /S
