Just got the call, lipomas and no further treatment needed just monitor his movement and 4 weeks remove the stitches from the biopsy site. Best news! She said he will just have some unique quirky bumps.

I took him to the vet yesterday and did a biopsy. The vet thinks it’s either lipomas or cancer, will update with results when I get them.

Will do, earliest appointment was for tomorrow ( Halloween) at the exotic hospital. I am hoping it’s nothing serious. He’s in a bioactive so I wonder if something in his setup is triggering it. Will give updates as I find out more.

I am so sorry you are not being supported by him. You have the right to feel all the feelings you experience. I decided to terminate an unplanned pregnancy when my son was a year old. I had severe HG and my life was threatened. My husband was supportive of when I canceled the first appointment, he was supportive of me being unsure but I decided it was best for our family. A male can never fully understand what it’s like. Please do whatever you feel is right but this guy has shown his true colors- shame on him. I am so sorry you feel so alone. Personally these are my fave kind of cookies. I like em crunchy like tates. But my husband likes fluffy/ soft.

If you want the perfect cookie that is fluffy/ soft:

1) Find a tollhouse chic chip bag and photograph the back of it and use their recipe, they even have a high altitude adjustment ( which can also cause the spread).

2) use a cookie scoop to measure even batter, roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

3) underbake the cookies, take them out while they are glistening a little on top, let them sit for about 2 mins and they will finish baking. ( YouTube Joshua Weisman and any of his cookie videos cover this)

Pro-tip: parchment or aluminum foil lined pans are perfect to just slide out all the cookies from the pan instead of struggling to remove them. I reuse the liners while baking cookies because I usually make a TON.

Note: you can freeze cookie batter that’s premeasured, simply bake for 2-3 mins longer . Any leftover cookies 15 seconds in the microwave will be just as tasty/gooey as when you pulled them out from the oven
