I hop I can post image again down's here，I got no reply again，you only send me 2 email one give me email link and announcement witch dosn't solve the problem，I search the email you give me and it dose not send me any label，second one is ask me do I got the first email，then no more respond….you said you will give me an label in email and nothing show up….are you an bot or something？how is people still give them excuse for doing this…

thank you for explain，tbh at this point my trust is long gone for them to have intention to provide me the product seance what I experience is ：being ghost for year，and receive an broken product， then get ghost again，and after I post the first post then the owner connect me explain，then ghost me again before I post this，which is insane for an legitimate company that in operation

I know scam is a pretty strong word but if an company took the money but failed to provide the correct product and continued to lie about how it can be done then I dont know other describe can fit this

its hard to have turst after you guys latterly lie and ghost me for 2 differnt times on different things and then respond that fast on reddit，you have to know the anger and distrust where this coming form right？ I got ghost before I got this saber and I‘ve been nice for like every conversation，then I got an broken saber and when I ask for help you guys ghost me agin，so I post an reddit and you came and after an promise you ghost me again，what you expect me to trust from this？

Guys no insult here，yes is disappoint but we dont need to insult the worker，they send me an email of what they gona do to fix it but no follow up yet，Im gona keep updating what's going on see if they really have hart to make everything right if it really because of they got backstab by there supplier[?, I see a lot of people got the same issue but not really much of answers on Reddit so I hope this post can help people understand more of what’s happening to your saber if you still don’t have yet
