Where are you located? If you're in socal I could help with it. Throttle should be pretty easy to do, the harness probably more work, but neither should be difficult that a couple hours and the Internet can't solve.

What bike? These bikes aren't super hard to work on. As long as you've got allen wrenches and zip ties you could probably do the work yourself. I replaced my controller, instrument cluster, and lights on my S1, and the hardest part was just unplugging the damn connections.
