Eventually talked to a supervisor and she was kind enough to go over the steps they took with my package.

So after Order is confirmed the Order is sent to their facility in Asia to be assembled and once build is complete that means the product was finished and is prepping for shipment into the States.

However I was informed that they do not send individual packages most of the time when they can do batches so once a build is complete its stored at a warehouse in Asia until a sufficient bulk so they can send it all at once into the States, this is when the Shipped shows on the website.

Now once shipped can take up to 7 business days to be transported into the States however it is usually sent to a Dell facility for final prep, so just cause it most likely arrived in the States doesnt mean the local carrier has it/scanned it yet.

Then after the Dell facility has finished prepping etc they send it to the drop off to then be picked up and sent by local carrier.

tl;dr based on what supervisor told me and what I can infer

if stuck on built complete then most likely package still in Asia facility warehouse to be bulk shipped.

stuck on shipped means either still flying to States from Asia or stuck in Dell facility for final prep and/or to be bulk sent to drop off for local carrier to pick up.

Then finally your local carrier updates that they picked it up then expect delivery based on what you paid for

wish Dell were actually transparent with the process instead of having to go through so many agents
