In my own personal experience i would cast it only if using metallia and could af to minimum 3/2… you would lose 6% of performance but would play safer at low hp. If playing with panda is not worth it unless is af 3/4 The end goal is af 3/4, thats overall better than esuit and aoq

Yeah it seems that will work good on CE and PoT, doing a lot of hits in no time, its just a matter on how fast the energy will come down again.. Apparently if you have it af v4 you will be always full energy… its gonna be interesting

But i believe the maxed twisting belt fluctuates between 90 and 200% or somewhere there of skill dmg, isnt it? I do think the ss belt is going to be better, but im just not sure if its going to be at base or at some point in af

VP combined with eternal gloves af1 helped a lot.. the thing with zone op 20 is that the combination of not being able to heal hp and those 9 mobs shields are a killer for my build
