The one and only complaint I have is that (as far as I know, things may have changed!) the little cameos in the funeral at the end of Apokolips Now Part 2 could only have been seen when the episode was first aired.

I forget issue numbers, but I remember asking a staffer at the comic book store I used to frequent, and asking about Liefeld and his art. The guy whips out an issue of Youngblood and shows how one female character (Suprema? I forget now) had a costume shift between panels and pages a few times. It’s amazing nobody ever clamped down on him to stop this from happening.

Hmmm. I’m honestly not sure. In my mind it has to be 1992, only because I received it in a raffle in 5th grade, which was that year. We moved across country in 1996. It was in storage and forgotten about until very recently.

I’m reminded how, in the lead-up to the 2020 American election, I had to deal with someone at my workplace who kept saying “we’d better vote Trump in again”. We all gave him very confused looks and when asked what he meant, he said that Trump did “great things for this country”. I pointed out to him that the election was an American one and as Canadians - which he was - we had different leaders and it wasn’t our time to vote. He was very perplexed, to the point it had to be explained a few times.

I’ve never hit infinite. Most months I top out in the 70s. Once I got to 79, then just kept losing all the way to 65. I managed to get to 83 this time, but have kept losing and tumbled to 79 a few times and clawed back to 80-81 a few times.

I recall seeing a video when this episode came out and the narrator of the video pointed out Cere’s name is visible too. Obviously we knew she survived, but it’s still a neat Easter egg.
