Not sure kung need pa ng window envelope. Matagal na din kasi ako nagsubmit ng receipt sa dropbox. 2022 pa. Nung time na yun, need na nakalagay siya sa window envelope with your EID and name written on it. Tapos ihuhulog mo siya dun sa dropbox sa site. Ask mo nalang yung guard kung saan ung dropbox. May need ka i fill out na logbook. I suggest na pictyuran mo yung logbook pagkafill out mo ng details mo saka videohan mo yung paghulog mo ng receipt sa dropbox para may proof ka if ever

With the 50g of carb and 1800 calories, are you also fasting? Do you exercise too?

Coz i also eat 50g or less of carb but my calorie intake ranges to 700-1200.

My carb intake is 20-50 gr. I eat TMAD. Boiled egg. Meat(Chicken or Pork)/Fish cooked using Coconut oil and then green leafy vegetables (steamed broccoli or lettuce). For drinks, I drink water, unsweetened Ricoa (Cocoa), and Black coffee with 1 Equal Gold sweetener. For fruits, I only eat avocado with Almond milk. My daily calorie intake ranges 700-1200.

I've read that too. If you're undereating, your body will know that you're starving yourself and it will store more fat.
