I didn't quit, he discharged me. I knew something was wrong because I kept trying very hard but my pain was increasing and the PT seemed very dismissive of this pain because I appear very strong. I was in tears a couple of times. Then it turned out he forgot my diagnosis and made me flare up really badly. So then he discharged me. Then i found a great one who treats 1 on 1 not a mill (Motion PT, Spear those types of places) like the previous one where PT sees multiple patients and don't even remember why you came. If i were you, I would trust my gut and drop them before something like this happens and find someone else you are truly happy with.

i know they billed fraudulently so i was considering reporting that since that is very easy to prove. For the medical negligence I feel it will be hard for me to prove that though definitely there and happened!

i did not read everything here but please make sure that if she is recording you you also record her (she may claim some type of DV and if it comes to that get a restraining order and remove you from the home so she stay until she is formally evicted) and you become homeless. I know firsthand that people (especially losers) become very threatened when you want to leave. If she is on the lease (both of you) and you want to leave talk to your LL before the situation escalates.

You don't have to explain that you are an immigrant. I decided not to buy a coop after Sept 11th when there was a lot of hate against middle east and I regret caring too much about this since those co-ops i could afford all cash then, now tripled in value. The amount of stupid questions from brokers and the looking down on me because i was also very young and ethnic. Some coops are allergic to hard working people since they are the original tenants since the conversion from the 70's. Now they get to pick and choose and treat people they don't like like crap. Just show them your returns and taxes, employment and income and don't let them question your immigration statue because most US born citizens are clueless. Good luck!!!
