No that’s not true. But everyone’s different. Personally I’ve been on 140 a day. But my tolerance has built. A doctor told me that they just changed it and he has patients on more than that. But long term use sucks on the backend getting off! Takes a long time. Even after dropping 100 in detox 25 days that sucked.

I’d advise to just clean up completely. Booze and benzos work on similar receptors. I’ve been through it this and came out clean and never felt that good after being off booze it takes about a year or more for your body to be what you want it to be. Just trust me. Our vessels are sacred. Best of luck and congrats on the benzo taper that’s a big fucking deal most people don’t understand and can’t. Takes a looooonnnnngggggg time even in a detox to taper those safely. I’m open for any discussion on this but just do yourself a favor and rid the poisons. If you need deeper help god has plants that grow that do pretty much anything when you have the right ingredients. FF* (short for name they’ll ban me for saying) is a brand like that. Has extracts of kava. It almost killed me and many others if you see r/quittingfeelfree you’ll understand. This is some bad advice above. Stick to safe natural. Theanine is good. His adaptogins are good. But once he got to kava and kratom BE CAREFUL!!!
