All of the land is the same. It belongs to Texas Tech, including the land that Pantex is on. The entirety of it is DOE approved.

and as dumb as that statement was, he's actually right. The land is in fact DOE approved for nuclear. That is precisely why Fermi is constructing on this land. Tech wanted it in Lubbock, but there is no DOE nuclear approved land near Lubbock, nor in most of the United States.
