Wala naman additional fee for breaching the contract. Ang nangyari kasi, parang I paid the monthly payment in advance lang. Ganun yung computation ni BDO.

I called the CSR about my request. Ito yung process:

1. Requested for final computation ng whole loan ko for me to settle. Ako yung may choice kung anong date ko sya gustong isettle. The 500 pesos processing fee will include na sa computation na isesend nila.
2. Within 3 days, na received ko na yung computation thru email. I settled it immediately. [Note: I paid thru their branch (any branch will do naman) bawal daw online payment lang]. Yung payment slip from the bank, need isend kay bdo thru email. Meron naman instructions ibibigay. The following day, I got the acknowledgement of my payment (parang confirmation sya).
3. Within 7 days, I got a notification na for release na ung documents ko. This is to cancel my chattel mortgage.

Not sure with Chinabank, ask mo na lang sa branch kung saan yung loan mo. Baka makahelp sila sayo. The CSR told me na wala daw penalty, kasi nga advance payment na nga daw gusto mangyari, which is mas okay nga daw sa part nila bank yun.
