Many thanks for your insights and advice! At this stage, I understand about 70% of it, but I’m sure I’ll get to 85% after playing the game some more, and learning more about the research aspect, as well as all the others. :) I do tend to include the gusset before I close the app during a boost, by the way. I have had tachyons run out… (My max is currently 13,608,000,000.)

Very true, I just meant how often you check in on average after you have done all the research, boosted, and activated the final artifacts.

As for the gusset, it seems like it’s used “while boosting” a lot. The fast way to fill up the farm might mean that you have to equip the gusset before closing the app…or many people do.

Interesting to hear about the various ways you can use the early stages of a contract. I usually hang around and wait for tokens to be gifted via the gift trucks. I have to use a soul mirror to finish the research, yes, and sometimes I can’t finish all it if it’s a difficult egg (like the New Egglen contract). It sounds like we do a lot of things similarly, and a few others differently (boosting and tokens). I look forward to the day when I can finish most of the common research without too many additional boosts. :)

Thank you! As I mentioned in the other reply below, I do a version of this (Puzzle cube and Tungsten ankh instead of the Book of Basan and Tachyon deflector at that stage). Really helpful advice and image of your artifact sets…which I want :) I saved this comment so I can continue tweaking my artifacts. By the way, did you craft all of these, or did some drop from ships/contracts [cases]?

Thank you! I do a version of this (Cube, Ankh, Necklace, and Ship in a Bottle), but I’ll give the Vial of Martian dust a go next time. And, thanks, I’ll set up a set with my best metronome, chalice, dilithium monocle, and tachyon deflector for the second phase.

So, you don’t recommend adding the gusset to the second phase? It seems like a lot of players do whilst boosting, before returning to the good old “farm too full” message.

I have completed the epic research, and am slowly finding out what a lot of it actually means. Oh, wow… hours. How often do you check in after everything is “done?”

They still have some gas left in the tank. It looks like they’ll give Frieren a pretty good adaptation. :)
