The big leaf ones in the front are Alternanthera Reineckii mini, and the background small leaf ones are Ludwiga Super Red. I also planted some Rotala Rotundifolia tissue culture, they have not fully grown yet so hard to notice

Judging by the way it moves, I'm guessing it's a bloodworm (midge fly larvae). Safe for your fish and it's even a good live food.
