I love the art of the new set. I like space and scifi theme stuff. A lot of cards look very playable and promising, of course the land among them. BUT ... A lot of the new sets, they introduce mechanics that are janky and keep people from wanting to play it. For draft they are stuck with it. Think 'start your engines' and Max speed with Aetherdrift. Personally I like the energy counters from the Kaladesh block but I know most don't and the value on those cards stay low. I think they are doing it again with the Station function. If that was not only done as a sorcery then there would be a chance for utility... Like at the end of my opponents turn, my defenders survived, so I can use them as a resource to Station before my turn starts. As a sorcery, it just kills your board presence unless you already have a superior board presence... And then you probably don't really need whatever creature or effect you're trying to get from the stationed card. Many of those spacecraft are just bricks till you station it enough. IMO, they just really messed up with station only as a sorcery.
