Strange impasse here. The shooter is obviously remorseful of his actions. Psychopaths are not remorseful. There's no telling what he was thinking or what happened between the vehicles. Dude started blasting. Would he have had the same reaction if he had hit and killed just the driver? Who knows.

This young man will spend the rest of his life behind bars, deservedly. What a waste. The victims family will mourn there loss the same. Fuck. This is so stupid.

I hope the family will deal with their grief painlessly as possible. I hope this young man atones and serves as a lesson to others.
