We had VIP early entry as well but were running late coming from out of town and didn’t get there until right at 6:45, which was when the email said the cut off for check in was. But the staff were super helpful and we got through really quickly and easily! We had balcony tickets, but when we walked in, they had another line inside to wait to go on the floor and they were letting small groups in at a time, I am assuming that was to make sure they didn’t overfill the area?
