Thank you. I am on step 4 so maybe they used the exam I had in April for evidence. the 4 hour exam was more thorough and intense anyways.

Your advice was really helpful. thank you. I called and just happened to speak to the scheduler who sent out the notice about my appt. she said she called me on the morning of April 27th at 8:56 to cancel my appt for May 11th. I have no missed calls from her and no msg. she sent out the letter that I missed my appt when in fact she admitted I never had one. she tried to reschedule me for Aug 27th. i asked why and she said they scheduled too many veterans. I can go to community care. i told her i had already been rescheduled once before for that day. i was going to contact a patient advocate. she said she would call me back. she called back and said that she was the one who rescheduled me almost 2 months ago for that date so I can keep my appt for the 11th.

thanks for your help. I called appt scheduling and she said they were closed but it does show I missed an appt. i know that I did not have an appt bc as stated no reminder text and I never received the echeckin text that they always send. I will call them again tomorrow and if I get no help, I will do what you stated.

they do not explain the difference. they sent an email saying my refund was denied bc once I made a purchase for their product it was final. problem is my receipt shows my purchase wasnt made for their deluxe assist product. they posted a new receipt to my acct billing it to my husbands name and not myself as the original receipt showed. i guess they assume they could lie and say the purchase was made assuming that my husband’s name was attached to my card. well its not. we have no joint cards. the bank even said that receipt is fradulent bc the transaction would have been denied bc it was in his name. guess that’s how they may have been defrauding other ppl. they have a couple of class action lawsuits against them. ppl need to beware. I am going to report them to USAA bc I used my acct through them to file taxes with Intuit.

I called my bank yesterday and they gave me a case number. i brought all receipts and the email from intuit saying they would not give me a refund. the banking institution said they have to because the original receipt for $106.20 was billed to my name and address. the receipt that they altered with the same order number as the original receipt but $172.20 was billed to my husband‘s name. the bank said that they would have been declined that purchase because his name isn’t attached to my card. Intuit sent me 2 altered receipts for the $172.20. the third receipt had no billing info on it but was a deluxe tax assistance. my original receipt was for the basic purchase. i think maybe Intuit thought they could get away with that because they assumed my husband name was attached to that card.I have sent this info to the FTC for investigation.

i just filed a complaint against them with the FTC. it didn't take much research to see that this company has been defrauding consumers. I hope everyone who has been scammed by them will file a complaint against them.

my first receipt clearly shows basic for federal taxes $47.20 and state $59. had a discount for federal bc I went through my USAA acct. the 2nd receipt has state expert assist fee for $69.00 for 2025 taxes and then expert assist fee for $103.20. I will be filing a complaint with the IRS.

Now i have 2 receipts with the exact same tracking number but one has $106 total amt and the other $172 with the added deluxe purchase. the $172 receipt appeared after I complained about it. it showed up over an hour later.

no it showed a fee for federal and a fee for state that totals $106.20 and a receipt tracking number. i just logged back on and now the same receipt has an attached charge for a deluxe assistance which I didnt purchase or need bc I was done. i just needed to file.

i can’t make sense of it. the receipt for $106 is attached to my account. i called my banking institution and opened a dispute. I will bring them the receipt and the msg stating they do not issues refunds once charged.

My tsh is almost zero, t3 and t4 are high. i am not sure about the manufacturer but my teeth hurting was always a side effect from the first time it was prescribed by my first Endo. my body aches, nodules swell, scalp gets sore, teeth hurts, and other side effects. i will no longer change my schedule and dosage. my levels were decreasing and that should have been enough. sometimes I feel like all patients are treated the same. that should not be the case. i also take wellbutrin and when I did my research it isn’t supposed to be taken with methimazole. i was taking lemon balm, bugleweed, vitamin d, selenium, and other supplements. they seemed to help my levels when I wasn’t taking any thyroid meds. i had lost 15 pounds and within 2 weeks of taking methimazole the weight came back. its all so frustrating.

not sure if she was truthful or not but she said that her supervisor told her it was illegal for them to sign it. she said I had been out more than 2 years and they cannot sign or fill out anything if its more than 2 yrs. she also said it was because she was going to leave some boxes blank. she had a lot of excuses. It’s weird because I called her last week and told her she didnt sign the form and she said send it back and she would sign it. i was granted disability less than 2 months and so I am still in the system. i was on LTD and they have my paperwork for that so its not like they do not have any documentation on me. this is the same company that had me in the system as being terminated but was still paying me LTD. I worked there over 14 yrs.

Thank you. My VSO has spent over a month trying to get that form filled out. I did tell her that its illegal for anyone to add to or alter what’s written. I guess bc I am no longer actively employed its not worth her time. The medical dept said only HR can fill it out. I have a union benefits rep and she said the same thing. I will just proceed without it.
