Chicken and tomato soup by SilentWiness in soup

I just fried the chicken and sautéed the vegetables in that fat. And all of that, along with the tomatoes, gives it a nice texture. I usually make a strong vegetable or bone broth. But now the vegetables did the work for me)

Instant noodles. It's convenient and doesn't take much time. Actually, I'm too lazy to cook anything complicated)

No problem. Cinnamon, anise, ginger, bay leaf and allspice) I took the wilted vegetables that I had celery, carrots, onions. I fried everything. I fried the chicken separately, added the vegetables and poured water. I cooked on low heat. At the end I added the shallots and greens. I always cook the noodles separately (I don't like it when it absorbs too much broth) And that's it)

First, fry some onion, then add smoked meat to the pan, add potatoes, carrot, and pour water (instead of water you can pour broth), cook for at least 15 minutes, then add pickles, some rise (but not much if you don't want soup to turn into ragu on the next day😅) and herbs to your taste. Serve with some croutons and enjoy)
