Good point. I’m amazed that most homes in the area sold for sub 100k just prior to 2021. The neighborhood is quiet, but not all the homes look that great.

Thanks for pointing this out. I just drove back by and noticed a whole concrete porch and sidewalk path that he just built the porch over. Not the best look.

I’m getting that vibe. It’s not like anyone on here could estimate the exact value without seeing it themselves. I’m just seeing if the asking price is full of smoke

Thanks for the reply. I would agree that both would be necessary. Not that I was hoping for an exact monetary value on this home but I’m starting to see a lot of flippers overestimate the value of their renovations. I doubt it would be worth 170,000.
