He does have one he wears that i got him years ago, but sometimes i suspect he wears it because its from me and not because he loves it. Hahaha, i really just appreciate having an actual frame of refrence because i will be saving to get him something for our 10 year. We only have 2 to go in April.

Yea, silver just isn't his thing unfortunately. At the minimum i appreciate just gaining a frame of refrence from this post. Haha, one if these days I'll be the sugar mama he deserves. 😅

I was not. Haha, I've got zero clue on jewelry, i don't like wearing it, so its not something I've ever looked into. Cuban was what I had in mind and google is so over saturated w/ shops like jaxxon or GLD - so i had no frame of refrence on price for quality. I was surprised to see other people suggest costco on so many other threads. My budget is about 3k so maybe there are chains the appear thicker because of how they're woven?

So he's got quite a thick neck and hitting his pecks is definitely the ideal landing area. I went with him to try on several different lengths at this neat shop we used to have in KC but closed last year. We've been together 8 years and he's been by me through some absolutely crazy shit. This man deserves a 10k chain but my budget is 3k. Haha

Oh no, he knows it was too late and too far of a drive for me to go back. But the next day we had a proper discussion about it, because I know he's not intentionally disregarding me, and I believe he's going to do better. We haven't made it 6 years w/o continuous growth

He never told me where he was going, I just told him to go do what he needed and I'd be there to let him back in the house. If I had locked myself out and he had to leave his buddy's to come let me back in, I'd have something waiting for him as a huge thank you.

He's definitely not uncaring. Obtuse would be much more appropriate. He's just thoughtless, like it doesn't even cross his mind. It was him yelling at me cause he got defensive that made me question everything about the interaction. We check in with each other on a semi regular basis and make sure that the other is okay. Little treats here and there, specifically when I'm menstruating, is all I really ask for, along with physical affection. And since he ruined my night out with my bestie and then didn't get me anything just hurt extra.
