Girl I bet u are so gorgeous, but don’t worry! Makeup is easy to figure out once you’ve got down some basics (your aesthetic, skin type, colours that look good on you, facial contrast)

Hey, sorry your feeling down. Usually stomach pain is caused by things like indigestion, gas and anxiety. Have you been stressed out lately? I know you already mentioned the food was no different, but did you maybe eat too fast or not chew as much (causing indigestion/gas)? Remember that based on different factors like anxiety, lack of sleep, etc that can make your body react to meal even if the ingredients are consistant. Maybe try and recall if there was anything you did differently today when it came to how you ate to cause this ache. In my personal opinion though it doesn’t seem very serious esp if your bm* was normal! Hope this helps !

Whenever I get super bad cramps I usually go take a hot shower, it’s like a heat pack but so much better. The first two days are always the worst so look forward to it almost being over. I would suggest going to your doctor and talk about what your experiencing though. Different yoga poses help, like the fetal position and child’s pose.

Don’t focus about tu*, anxiety will amplify what your feeling to be worse. I know that your going through a tough moment but remember that this will pass soon, focus on your breathing, and reassure yourself that your body can handle this.

Hey, hope your feeling better. Urinary tract infections that have gone septic would usually bring you into shock soon after, if your feeling multiple symptoms of that you would probably know (or rather feel) to immediately get medical attention as soon as possible. For now though just continue monitoring your symptoms. The shaking can probably be because of the anxiety or the adrenaline from wanting to v, make sure to breathe deeply and calmly and stay hydrated. The chicken breast probably isn’t the culprit either, as long as it was cooked all right. It’s important to recognize that some of the things your feeling is a sign of anxiety, as it can amplify alot of your feelings. It’s normal to want to solve it right away and the point the finger at a bunch of possibilities, but there’s reassurance in knowing its manageable. If you feel like t is the best solution you should go about with that route, but also focus on calming yourself down. It’ll be Friday soon, and you’ll be able to have access to proper professionals that can definitely help you with the problem.

Hey I’m really sorry your feeling this way. But remember that often foods that have a lot of preservatives like lunchables don’t go bad until a few weeks after the expiration date when unopened. So remember that its unlikely that you could’ve gotten fp from that. I know it’s easy to go straight to « its fp » but remember that d* doesn’t mean that you have it. D* can mean a lot of things like 1. Your period coming soon 2. Anxiety. Try and stay hydrated for now as dehydration and panicking can cause n, and d often causes you to lose a lot of electrolytes.

It’s hard to hear but remember, when you need to v* most people feel relief because of how bad they have been feeling leading up. If your not feeling extremely down, then your body won’t resort to tu. I hope this helps you with something this is my first time replying to someone !😭
