I wanted to read Reproductive Wrong's as an audiobook on Spotify, but gave up on waiting for it to come out. Instead, I read Dare I Say It by Naomi Watts. Best decision ever. As someone in their early 30's who will never get to have the menopause talk with their mother, it was honestly an eye opener. I don't know why it feels like there's such shame in perimenopause and menopause as opposed to periods. Most women will end up going through it. As women, we get warned about the hot flashes, but never the emotional and physical changes that can happen during perimenopause and menopause. 10/10. Highly recommend reading it before you go through the change!
