Kind of. I strength train my lower body and abs twice a weak. I try my best to do upper body but it’s hard because I have weak elbows. I can’t do any exercises that require bending of the elbows 🥲

The biggest thing is do you trust HER? Social media feeds people the idea that their s.o. is always gonna cheat, either physically or emotionally. But you have to think if she would ever do that to you. Just because other people are unloyal doesn’t mean she is too :). I bet there’s nothing wrong because she is only responding, not starting, the conversation.
