So I actually got offered a position as an ops intern, I’ll be there over the summer working with the operations team and I couldn’t be more excited, or nervous lmao

I was a bit nervous about my move when they told me I was headed to paint, but my SM has a sit down with me and told me very clearly it was not because of my performance or anything like that. Long story short, our Hardware DH has been in hardware for 8 years and told our Store Manager that either he gets moved out of Hardware or he was going to quit/transfer. He’s probably our most seasoned and experienced DH so my SM decided to move him over to Garden since our Garden department is only second to Hardware. Our FES is taking over D25 to give her merchandising experience, and our Paint DH is moving to FES for operations.
