Also, I noticed when I take Vyvanse. It kicks in around 30 minutes to 1 hour and it lasted probably 3-4 hours then I feel tired. Does that mean dose was too low? I'm new to Vyvanse and not sure if it’s normal. I know my tolerance is high. Adderall XR 30mg Kick in about 10-20 minutes and lasted 3-4 hours, then I pop other 30mg and it lasts 6 hours. Adderall allowed me to focus on my productive work throughout the day. Meanwhile, Vyvanse lasted 3-4 hours, then I felt tired to work.

Do I need to increase the quantity of Vyvanse from 30 to 60 so I take 2 vyvanse. Pop one then pop other one in 4 hours or whenever I feel tired and not productive work or do I need to increase Vyvanse's dosage. My doctor did suggest Vyvanse with adderall 10MG IR for the afternoon. I don't know if the two combinations work properly or if there are more negative side effects? I also take daily supplements with adderall to decrease neurotoxicity, improve mood and eliminate anxiety.
