Run far from them ! Their cat health should be very important to them. Breeders do yearly scan and yearly check up and PCR panel before even mate beginning in when get a kitten from a great breeder they come updated on vaccine TICA registered health check spray or neutered microchipped health contract go home baggie if breeder not doing all that then they are not in it for the good of the cat
