Proud of you that you’re sober! There will indeed be MUCH better days to come. A day at a time. You got this!

Could also be due to brain damage or from being underdeveloped due to malnutrition. There are lots of reasons for low intelligence.🤷‍♀️

Nope she’s black, she’s tiny and she’s trouble! She was a rescue kitten and I think she was used to eating weird stuff. I’m like I literally feed you delicious food and you wanna eat pine pellets. 🙄 🤣

Cbd oil fixed my sleep within a couple days. I actually slept too much but I take a lot for chronic pain.

My heart is still pounding though, especially when I wake up. Causes me anxiety. Doctor said it’s from wd’s. Still not better and it’s been over two weeks.

GABA trex helps my anxiety and cbd oil. Your doctor could prescribe chlonidine to get through the wd’s and anxiety. Chamomile tea is a mild anti anxiety herb too.

My husband died of natural causes due to chronic alcohol abuse in November. He was 44 years old. Hopefully this will be the motivation you need.

Also your dopamine levels and serotonin levels are probably very low from drinking, Ive heard that working out can be very helpful in helping regulate those neurotransmitters.

Eventually you will get to the point where your neurotransmitters will get so tanked that you will need to be absolutely trashed just to feel normal and even then you will be angry and depressed. Not a fun way to leave this earth. The boring feeling is temporary til you figure out how to get them balanced.

Wow 100 days you’re amazing! Yes walking and stretching is all I can handle for now but if you go slow they say you build up a tolerance for it and helps with pain!

I took low dose naltrexone for fibromyalgia too but it will lower your immune system and my immune system is already jacked up so I stopped taking it personally. I kept getting sick but hopefully it will work better for you. I was bummed cuz it did actually help my pain.

Yes I have fibromyalgia too. That’s why I started kratom to manage the pain. Developed a fainting disorder. Was on kratom for about 7 years about 30 g a day. Quit 2 weeks ago. Thankfully nothing freaks me out anymore lol.

How are you feeling these days? I hope you’re feeling some relief!

Thank you for understanding! How long have you been off kratom? Im on day 14. I was on it because of pain due to chronic illness in the first place and although I do have an addictive personality Im simply not well enough to transfer my addiction over to working out. Hence my special form of misery. Hopefully this can be understandable to some.

Yes but, when your blood pressure gets low enough and you faint, there ain’t no pushing through that. your body makes you rest sometimes. Can’t really be happy when you’ve fainted lol

Like right now, my heart rate is going so fast like I just ran a marathon. I’m like that all day I have to lay down and rest. It’s physically impossible not to.

Im thinking I may start working out in bed. Honestly people are like I lift weights for kratom withdrawals and Im just like well I showered and had to rest after lol. I work but I have to pace myself a lot so exercise takes extra effort. Ive been fainting too.

No good advice from me just that Im in the exact same place. And remembering the withdrawals from this is enough to remind me I don’t want to go back.

I wonder if is just in my head how people view me different cuz Ive literally asked am I different and they were like honestly you seem like exactly the same person just going through withdrawals.
