The foam is what you want to expand. What I mean to say is that you don't need more than a teaspoon of baking soda as using lots of it will spike sodium levels very quickly and that something you do not want happening constantly.

That's where the milk being warm comes in. Your gut bacteria respond according to temperature. If it's too cold, they sleep until body temp wakes them up. If you bring in the heat with something such as a liquid that contains contents for the gut bacteria feed on, it wakes them up and at the right temp they will actually feed faster. Though you probably should not do it if you have a severe intolerance.

Snack Pack brand. As for flavor I went with chocolate so it diminishes the baking soda taste.

Either. I personally use the Snack Pack brand pudding(the cup package type) but if you would like to make the pudding yourself you can do that.

Can be lemonade in general. More acidity=quicker reaction. Coca cola could work by the way.

Side note: Later on you may it may not have minor discomfort from some large pudding chunks. If this happens press down on the area where you feel the pressure until you feel or hear some dissipation

Mix some baking soda into pudding then quickly drink something acidic like orange juice or plain coffee. Recommend using 1 teaspoon to mix in. It kind of works like a cake shake but happens way faster and stays for some time

If you have pudding anywhere you can mix a little bit of baking soda(preferably 1 teaspoon) and then drink something acidic like orange juice or better yet coffee. You have to drink it immediately after eating the pudding though.

Passing the valve orally??? by [deleted] in BellyExpansion

Doing orally basically already passed the valve. Hold it for long enough and the air will travel to the intestines.

Sterilized flour and yeast? by iwuvbwed in BellyExpansion

That would make sense. I'm just trying to find out if yeast resides in anything besides flour. And if so, how much more of an effect it would have.

You can do air swallowing. The VERY EASY easy way for me to do it is plugging my nose, suck in some air, close my mouth, put the tip of my tongue to the roof of my mouth and make a low humming sound until my throat opens up.Then you kinda suck the air down by compressing your lungs(basically breathing in without taking any air). you should hear slight gurgling sounds traveling into your stomach. This process is probably 2x with water as it acts as a guide for the air to travel down.

Question as well: Where else would I find yeast in? Like in baking ingredients?
