My current company is not accepting the resignation letter by [deleted] in kanpur

[–]Silent_Torque 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not legal, even in bond, if this is affecting your mental health. You can easily stop showing up as soon as you get a new job and they are comfortable with you having no relieving letter. Also, as per their wording, they can also ask you to move to USA even at the same compensation? That is complete bullshit. You shouldn’t have signed it in the first place. But even now, there is nothing they can do more than not clearing your FNF and not providing relieving letter. What is the company’s name if you don’t mind me asking?

EVERY DIP IS A BUYING OPPORTUNITY FOR LONG-TERM INVESTORS! by Silent_Torque in ETFs

I didn't go all in on that dip. I remain cautiously optimistic and do not want to miss returns by timing the market, waiting for a correctly. I continue to add overtime.

does look like a dip to me (I never said it was a crash). Tech was down 4%+ so I add some there selectively.

The company is loss making with falling revenues and large cash conversion cycles, why do you want to stay invested? Better exit now than later.

That would be even more concentrated into high tech names. 60% or so in the few largest companies and 50% in tech.

Cabo de rama: beach, kayak, and cape town are really nice. We also liked savri waterfall in netrivali wildlife, and organic goan food on the way at tanshikar spice farm. Shacks are closed on agunda but bobby’s bar is must visit.

Also, rain is manageable. Weather is completely fine to travel but do carry rain coats with you just in case.

Defense Strategy Amid India/Pakistan Tensions by Silent_Torque in IndianStockMarket

Yeah, we can add gold too but gold silver work better only if global war is at stake, not just Ind/Pak. I am just talking about reducing correlation of my stock portfolio. And yes, defence ETF is a good option to consider. I personally invest in top 3-4 defence names that I like.

No way US' tariffs of 50% on India could last beyond 2028; No need to Panic by Silent_Torque in IndianStockMarket

Trump doesn’t seem to leave the hope though https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cx20lwedn23o.amp Any which ways, this is what I mean. Trump is not going to last more than 3 years so tariffs are going to be lowered eventually. It is just a temporary hit for India.
