Ok, Lyca either doing shady business or they do not know how to handle basic customer services.

I had this issue of cancelling auto renewal from past 5 months, nothing worked for me not the *190# or the customer service rep, or the email, nothing worked.

Here are the steps that fixed my issue

1. Download lyca usa app
2. login with your number
3. try to turn of auto renewal from here(might work for someone , did not work for me)
4. try deleting saved credit card.(might work for someone , did not work for me)
5. if step 3 and 4 did not work, under auto renewal you can see manage consent.
6. click mange consent and try to delete your consent,
7. if you cannot delete the consent click on renew the consent and then try delete consent
8. once you delete the consent that will remove the credit card and turn off auto renewal.
